You own your personal gameplay data, but you grant CTRLR.CLUB permission to display anonymized stats (e.g., leaderboards, highlights).
Private data is never shared.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

For premium features or purchases:

Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play).
Refunds and billing follow each platform’s rules.

CTRLR.CLUB does not store payment information directly.

4. Community Rules

Whether in-app or on Discord:

No spam, hate speech, or harassment.
No impersonation of staff or other players.
Stay competitive, not toxic.

Breaking these rules may result in suspension or removal.

5. Disclaimer

CTRLR.CLUB is a performance training tool, not a medical or therapeutic service.
We make no guaranteed outcomes — though consistent training improves performance and reaction speed over time.

6. Limitation of Liability

CTRLR.CLUB and its affiliates are not responsible for:

Data loss
Technical issues
Damages from misuse

Use the platform responsibly and within your limits.
